About Me

  • LinkedIn

I’m a tech advisor with 22+ years of experience building software products and a 3-time startup co-founder. I partner with non-technical founders to turn ideas into robust, scalable MVPs - and beyond. My approach blends broad technical knowledge - across desktop/web applications, backend systems, infrastructure and deployment - with hands-on experience building early-stage products.

I provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to help you build a
solid technical foundation, even from scratch. My focus is on demystifying technology and empowering you to make confident product decisions.

Having worked across various domains - from industry and academia to non-profits and startups - impact-driven work remains my focus.

My philosophy is rooted in
adaptability - continuous learning and responsiveness to change. Early product development demands flexible thinking and fast iteration. I help you shape a tech strategy that supports that.

About

How I add value ...

You’ve got a powerful idea. Maybe a prototype. Maybe a waitlist.

But turning that vision into a working, scalable software product?

Without technical guidance - it’s a potential minefield.

To support early stage founders navigate their tech challenges, I have developed Trellis - a hands-on strategic advisory service for early-stage, non-technical founders building software in the climate and social impact space.

If you're navigating hiring decisions, unclear timelines, or hitting roadblocks with outsourced teams, Trellis helps you move forward - with clarity, confidence, and a steady partner at your side.

Sound familiar?

You’re in the early stages of building your product, but:

  • You’ve struggled to communicate effectively with a developer or engineering team

  • You feel unsure whether the tech decisions being made are the right ones

  • You’ve wasted time (or money) trying to hire help, but still feel stuck

  • You want to plan ahead, but timelines keep slipping and expectations keep shifting

  • You’ve tried doing it all yourself - but managing the tech alone is overwhelming

You don’t need to become a technical expert.
You need a trusted partner who can translate your idea into a scalable solution - and guide the process with confidence.

The Trellis Framework
A structured, flexible approach - built for early-stage, mission-driven founders, supporting you in your journey from idea to a functional, scalable software product.

Tech Co-Founder Matching

Hiring the wrong tech partner can derail your startup. But when you have the right co-founder beside you - someone who shares your values, complements your strengths, and is ready to build - so much more becomes possible

Looking for a tech co-founder who gets you and your startup idea?

Tech Review

As a non-technical founder, you're juggling big decisions with limited resources and missteps like poor architecture, slow cycles, or scattered tech can quietly drain your momentum and morale. It’s easy to feel stuck when every delay feels personal.

Is your tech stack really supporting your vision?

Idea to Launch

Most early-stage startups don’t fail because of a lack of ambition - they fail because they build the wrong thing, in the wrong way, at the wrong time. When you’re emotionally invested and under pressure, it’s easy to make decisions that cost you later.
